Chicken Fried Rice (Restaurant Style) Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Basmati Rice
- Chicken Boneless
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Chili sauce
- Soya Sauce
- White Vinegar
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
- Crushed Black Pepper
- Chinese Salt
- Peas
- Carrot
- Spring Onion
- Capsicum
Instructions
- Take a 300 grams boneless chicken and cut into small pieces
- Take a large pot and add three liters water and boiled it
- Now. add carrot, peas, and rice and cook for 75% and then strain it & set aside
- Now, take another a pot to add olive oil maximum four tbsp and heat it
- Add chicken, half tbsp of salt, half tbsp of black pepper, half tbsp of chili sauce, half tbsp of white vinegar, and half tbsp of soya sauce and cook for 5 minutes
- Add capsicum and spring onions and cook it
- Again add half tbsp of soya sauce, half tbsp of chili sauce, half tbsp of white vinegar, and half tbsp of black pepper and salt
- Add boiled rice and mix very well
- Sprinkle the one tbsp of crushed black pepper, one tbsp of Chinese salt, and half tbsp of salt
- Cover & cook for 10 minutes on the low flame of the stove
- Take four eggs and cook one by one without oil
- After 10 minutes, first, mix the rice and then add beaten eggs and again mix well
