Ingredients

  • Fresh milk
  • Fresh cream
  • Carrot
  • Rice
  • Sugar
  • Chopped almonds
  • Chopped pistachio
  • Raisin
  • Small cardamom
  • Saffron

Instructions

  • Firstly, half cup of rice and soak for 4 to 5 hours
  • Grate half kg carrot and set aside
  • Take a pot and add 2-liter milk, 3 to 4 small cardamom, and half tbsp of saffron in it
  • Boil it
  • Add grate carrot and rice in it
  • Cook for 15 minutes on the low flame of the stove
  • Add 2 cup of sugar and cook again
  • Add chopped almond, chopped pasta, and raisin init
  • Cook again 10 minutes and in the end add a half cup of fresh cream in it
