Spicy Tawa Beef Keema Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Cooking Oil
- Beef Mince
- Chopped Onions
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Green Chilies
- Green Coriander leaves
- Lemon Juice
- Ginger Paste
- Garlic Cloves
- Cumin seeds
- Salt to Taste
- Red Chili Powder
- Red Chili Flakes
- Turmeric Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Chaat masala powder
- Garma Masala Powder
- Chinese Salt
- Crushed Black Pepper Powder
- Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- Take a large pot and pour 5 cups of water in it
- Bring to boil it
- Then add beef mince, salt, cinnamon stick, ginger paste, garlic cloves, and 5 black pepper
- Cook for 25 minutes to tender the beef mince very well
- The dry extra water from the mince and set aside the keema
- Take a tawa and spread the five tbsp of cooking oil or olive oil
- Now, add one medium size of chopped onions in it
- Cook, it until then its change in golden brown color
- Add boiled beef mince in this fry onion and mix well
- Add two medium size of chopped tomatoes in it
- Mash all these ingredients in the beef
- Add, spicy like Salt to taste, red chili powder, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, Chinese salt, coriander powder, crushed black pepper, and also add chaat masala powder in it
- Mix well and cover & cook for 5 minutes on the low flame of the stove
- In the end, add green chilies, green coriander, and lemon juice
- Mix it and dish out the plate
- Serve with pea rice or simple rice as you like it.
