Aloo Matar Pulao Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Tomato
- Tomato paste
- peas (matar)
- Aloo (potato)
- Capsicum
- Mints Leaves
- Rice
- Salt
- Turmeric Powder
- Green Chilies
Instructions
- Take a large size of the pan, Add chopped onion. Cook onion until then it changes the color
- Add Tomato paste and chopped tomato and mix well
- Add Salt and Turmeric Powder and combine together with tomato paste
- Add peas and potatoes and cook it
- Add capsicum and mint leave and mix it
- Add four cups of water and boiled it
- Add Rice and cook for 10 minutes
- After ten minutes, add a tomato slice, golden brown onion and mints leave spread on the rice. Cook for 10 minutes on a low flame of the stove
- Enjoy aloo matar pulao at home. Serve with raita and yogurt
