Fried Baingan Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Eggplant (baingan)
- Salt
- Red chili powder
- Dry coriander powder
Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl, add half tbsp of Salt, one tbsp of Red chili powder, and half tbsp of Dry coriander powder and mix with finger.
- Take Eggplant and cut into two pieces
- Sprinkle all spices into Eggplant slices
- Take lava and spread all eggplant and pour three tbsp of Olive oil or Refined oil and cook for 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes, turn eggplant and cook again for 5 minutes another side
- After ten minutes, dish out Fried Eggplant into the plate
