Aloo Gobi Ki Sabzi Pakistani Food Recipe (With Video)
Ingredients
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 4 Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Olive Oil OR Cooking Oil
- 12 kg Cauliflower (Phool Gobi)
- 1 cup Matar (Peas)
- 2 Cubes Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 12 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Large Cardamon
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 12 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 5 Green Chilies
- Green Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- Take a large pan, add Olive oil and heat on the high flame
- Add chopped onions into the oil and fry it
- After onion gets grown brown color then add cauliflower and peas into the onions
- Mix Together
- Add one cup of water and cook for 5 minutes on the medium flame
- After 5 minutes, mix it
- Add tomatoes, green chilies, potatoes, taste to salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder and one cup of water
- Cover & Cook for 10 minutes on the low flame of the stove
- After 10 minutes, mix everything and remove extra water from the cauliflower and separate the oil
- Add green coriander leaves and mix it
- Now, delicious aloo gobi is ready to eat and enjoy with your family
