Baingan Ka Bharta Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Chopped Onions
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Green Chilies
- Green Coriander leaves
- Olive Oil and Refined Oil
- Eggplant (Baingan)
- Taste To Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Sabzi Powder
- Potatoes
Instructions
- Take a pan, add four tbsp of Olive Oil and half tbsp of Cumin seeds and cook on the medium heat of the stove
- Add two medium sizes of chopped onions and saute it for few minutes
- Add three medium sizes of chopped tomatoes into the onions
- Add taste to Salt, One tbsp of Red Chili Powder, and half tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Mix all spicy and cook for 4 minutes on the low flame of the stove
- Mash the tomatoes and mix all spicy together
- Add half kg of Eggplant (Baingan)
- Add two medium sizes potatoes ( the shape of cubes)
- Add half a cup of water and cook for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes, water comes to dry
- Add 4 to 3 green chilies and some green coriander leaves
- Mix it
- Delicious and tasty Baingan ka bharta is ready to eat
