Here, I’m showing you how to make beef handi at home. It is very simple and easy to make at home. Its ingredients are very easily available in the market or superstore. Beef handi is ready within 60 minutes.
Beef Handi Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Chopped Onion
- Bay Leaves
- Black Pepper
- Small Cardamom
- Cinnamon Stick
- Cumin Seed
- Beef Meat
- Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Garam Masala Powder
- Yogurt
- Green Chilies
- Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- Take large handi and add three to four tbsp of olive oil and heat on high flame of the stove
- Add three medium sizes of chopped onion and cook it
- Add bay leaves, black peppers, small cardamom, cinnamon, and cumin seeds
- Cook it until then onion can changes the color
- Add one kg of beef and cook it
- Mix Well
- Add spices like Salt, two tbsp of coriander powder, two tbsp of red chili powder, and half tbsp of turmeric powder
- Add spices into the beef handi
- Add four cups of water and boiled it
- Cook for 30 to 35 minutes
- After 30 minutes, water gets dry
- Add half cup of yogurt and mix well
- Add 5 to 7 green chilies
- In the end, add small cardamom powder, and black pepper powder and cook into low flame of the stove for 5 minutes
- Cook it and water gets dry
- Delicious and tasty beef handi is ready to eat
- Serves with Naan, chapatti, and rice
