Besan K Pakora Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Olive Oil Or Refined Oil
- Besan (Gram Flour)
- Green Chilies
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Baking Soda
Instructions
- Take a large mixing bowl and add half tbsp of salt, one tbsp of red chili powder, half tbsp of turmeric powder, and a pinch of baking soda
- Add one medium size of chopped onion in this bowl
- Add one medium size of chopped tomatoes and 5 to 4 green chilies into the bowl
- Add two cups of Besan or gram flour into the bowl
- Add some water and mix with your finger or a spoon
- Take a pan and Olive oil or refined oil for frying
- Add all pakora into the pan and fry it
- After five minutes, dish out these pakoras into the plate and serve with green chatni or ketchup
