Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Bread Slices
- Eggs
- Chopped onions
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Green Chilies
- Green Coriander
- Taste to Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl to add two an eggs, half chopped onions, half chopped tomato, two green chilies, green coriander leaves, taste to salt, and half tbsp of black pepper powder
- Mix it all ingredients together and set aside
- Take a pan and two tbsp of olive oil and fry bread slices
- Turn to bread slice and cook another side
- In the same pan and add one tbsp of Olive oil and add the mixture of eggs
