Chicken White Karahi Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Chopped Onion
- Yogurt
- Green Coriander Leaves
- Green chilies paste
- Ginger paste
- Garlic cloves
- Cumin seeds
- Black pepper powder
- Chicken White karahi Powder
- Chicken
Instructions
- Take a large frying pan, add Olive oil and heat on the high flame of the stove
- Add two medium size of chopped onions and cook into the medium heat of the stove
- Add one kg of Chicken. ( chicken with bones )
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, add ginger paste
- Add some garlic cloves in the chicken
- Add 3 to 4 tbsp of Green chilies paste
- Take a mixing bowl, add one cup of fresh yogurt, half tbsp of black pepper powder, cumin seeds, and chicken white karahi powder
- Pour all spices into the yogurt
- Mix it very well
- Pour this mixture of yogurt and spices into the chicken and cook it
- Cook at least 5 to 10 minutes in the low flame of the stove
- Mixing all ingredients and stirring the spoon gently
- In the end, sprinkle the black pepper powder and coriander leaves
