Crispy Masala Bhindi Pakistani Food Recipe
Equipment
- Frying Pan
Ingredients
- Olive oil or Refined oil
- Okra (Bhindi)
- Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Chinese Salt
- Curry Powder
Instructions
- Take half kilogram of Okra and wash it
- Dry it and cut it
- Cutting into pieces like see the picture
- Take a frying pan and 5 tbsp of Olive oil and heat on the high flame of the stove
- Add all Okra and fry it
- Take a half tbsp of Red Chili Powder, half tbsp of Curry Powder, Half tbsp of Chinese Salt, half tbsp of Turmeric Powder, and Taste to Salt
- Fry Okra until then its change the color like grown brown
- Add all spices into the pan and mix well
- mix it and cook for 10 minutes on the low flame of the stove
