Ingredients

  • 500 kg Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 medium Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Pudina (Mints Leaves)
  • 1 cup Green Coriander Leaves
  • 8 to 10 Chopped Green Chilies
  • ½ tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 & ½ tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chaat masala Powder
  • 2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg
  • Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Maida (All-purpose flour)

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl and add boiled potatoes
  • Mash the potatoes
  • Add onion, green coriander, mints leaves & mix it
  • Add salt, red chili powder, chaat masala powder, cumin seeds, and lemon juice
  • Mix with the help of your hands
  • Make 11 kabab from the batter of potatoes
  • Take the maida (all-purpose flour) another bowl
  • Dip all the kebab in this flour
  • Beat an egg with the help of a fork
  • Now, dip the kebab in this egg and fry in the cooking oil
  • Fry both sides of kabab
  • Dish out the plates and serve with rice and enjoy with your family
