Dahi Aloo Chana Chaat Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Olive oil or Refined oil
- Besan (gram flour)
- Baking Soda
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Red Chili Flakes
- Chat Masala Powder
- Fresh Yogurt
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Green Chilies
- Boiled Potatoes
- Boiled Chickpeas
- Cumin seeds
Instructions
- Take a large mixing bowl, add half cup of gram flour, half tbsp of salt, one tbsp of red chili powder, half tbsp of turmeric powder, and a pinch of the baking soda
- Add half a cup of water and mix with your fingers
- Now, besan is ready
- Let's began to cook it like the shape of a ball, it becomes called Besan k Baray
- Now, Baray is ready and dish out set aside
