Delicious Aloo Ka Paratha Pakistani Food Recipe (With Video)
Ingredients
- For Filling Ingredients:
- 2 large Boiled Potatoes
- 4 Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 medium Chopped Onion
- ½ cup Green Coriander Leaves
- ½ tbsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tbsp Chaat Masala Powder
- 5 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tbsp Crushed Dry Coriander
- ½ tbsp Cumin Seeds
- For Dough Ingredients:
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 cup Water for Knead the dough
Instructions
- Firstly, take plain flour, salt, cooking oil in the large mixing bowl
- Knead the dough with adding water but gradually
- make a soft dough and cover it then set aside
- Take another large bowl and add boiled potatoes and all filling ingredients in it
- Mix well
- Take the dough and make two roti
- Fill one roti with potato and cover with another roti
- Heat the tawa and spread ghee then cook the Paratha to both sides
- Serve with green chutney and ketchup as you like it
