Delicious Aloo Ki Sabzi Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Cooking Oil
- Potatoes Cubes
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Green Chilies
- Green Coriander Leaves
- Salt to Taste
- Red Chili Powder
- Cumin Seeds
- Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- Take a pot and add 5 tbsp of cooking oil & heat it
- Add five mdium sizes to chopped tomtaoes
- Also add one cinnamon stick and half tbsp of cumin seeds
- Add half cup of water & bring to boil it
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes to gets tomatoes tender
- Add salt to taste, one tbsp of red chili powder, half tbsp of turmeric powder, and 2 chopped green chilies
- Mash tomatoes completely
- Add one cup of water & add potaoes cubes
- Turn on medium heat of the stove
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes
- In the end, add green chilies and green coriander
- Serve with roti and rice & enjoy with your family
