Delicious Kadhi Pakora Pakistani Food Recipe (With Video)
Ingredients
- For kadhi Ingredients:
- 1 & ½ cup Fresh Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tbsp Salt
- For Pakora Ingredients:
- 2 medium Onion Slices
- 3 medium Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 medium Chopped Capsicum
- 1 cup Pudina (Mints Leaves)
- 1 cup Green Coriander Leaves
- 10 Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 & ½ tbsp Crushed Dry Coriander
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala Powder
- 1 & ½ Cup Besan (Gram Flour)
- ½ cup Water
- Cooking oil for fry
- For Tarka Ingredients:
- 1 medium Onion Slices
- ½ tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Green Chili
Instructions
- For Kadhi Cooking Method:
- Take a large pot and add yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt
- Whisk it
- Add one glass of water and whisk again
- Now, add four glasses of water and cook for 20 minutes
- Then it comes to thick texture
- Then turn off the flame and set aside the Kadhi
- For Pakora Cooking Method:
- Take a large mixing bowl and add all the pakora ingredients in it
- And knead with the help of water
- Fry these pakoras in the cooking oil
- Put these pakoras in the Kadhi and cook for 5 minutes on the low flame
- For the Tarka Cooking Method:
- Add a pan to add 3 tbsp of cooking oil
- Add onion slices and cook until then its change the color
- Add half tbsp of cumin seeds and green chili in this Tarka
- Now, pour this Tarka in the Kadhi
- Delicious Kadhi Pakora is ready to eat and serves with rice
