Easy And Tasty Keema Karela Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Ingredients Of Keema:
- 1 medium Chopped Onion
- 2 pieces Bay leaves
- 5 Black Peppers
- 5 Cloves
- ½ Cinnamom Stick
- ½ tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Large Cardamon
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 3 medium Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- ½ tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 4 to 6 Chopped Green Chilies
- Green Chilies (Big Chilies)
- ½ kg Beef Mince
- 5 tbsp Cooking Oil
- Ingredients Of Karela:
- ½ kg Bitter gourd (karela's)
- 4 tbsp Salt
Instructions
- Preparation For Bitter Gourd (Karela):
- Peel the bitter gourd properly
- Sprinkle salt into the bitter gourd
- Kept in the sun for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes, wash the bitter gourd and squeeze into the cloth
- Then Set aside these bitter gourd
- Preparation For Keema:
- Take a pot, add 5 tbsp of cooking oil or olive oil and heat on the medium flame
- Now, add one medium size of chopped onion into this oil and cook for few minutes
- Add bay leaves, black peppers, cloves, large cardamon, cinnamon stick, ginger garlic paste, and cumin seeds
- Mix well
- Add beef mince into the fried onion and cook it
- Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and curry powder
- Mix everything and add half cup of water and continously stir it
- When oil comes separate then add 2 glass of water and cook for 25 minutes to gets mince tender
- After 25 minutes, add chopped tomatoes and green chili and cook it
- Mash the tomatoes and oil comes to separate from the mince
- In the end, add garam masala powder and green coriander
- Then turn off the flame and dish out the plate for cool down
- Filling keema into the Bitter Gourd:
- Now, cut the bitter giurd from the center
- Then fill the keema into the center of bitter gourd and cover with the help of thread
- Fill the all bitter gourd and then fry these bitter gourd in the oil
- When bitter gourd comes to grown brown color then remove from the oil
- The extra keema, add one cup of water and add these bitter gourd and cook for 10 minutes on the low flame
- After 10 minutes, garnished with coriander and serve with roti or chapattis
1 tablespoon of salt and two tablespoons of red chillies and then green chillies on top ????really??? I made this dish and it was sooooooo salty and spicy that I needed to throw away in a bin .check your measurements pls before you post this dish for people to cook a salty n spicy crap
