Easy Chicken Kebab Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup Cooking Oil
- ½ kg Chicken Boneless
- 2 tbsp Curd (Yogurt)
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
- ½ tbsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Tikka Powder
- Onion Slices
- Bell Pepper Slices
- Tomato Slices
Instructions
- Take a large mixing bowl, add spices in this bowl & curd in it
- Cut chicken in small cubes shape
- Put the chicken in the spices bowl and mix well
- Leave it for 2 hours
- After 2 hours, take a stick and put the marinated chicken with the slices of vegetables
- Make four to five sticks like this picture
- Heat the Tawa and spread some cooking oil
- Cook chicken kebab for 15 minutes from all sides
- In the end, add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and enjoy with green chutney and ketchup
