Samosa is not healthy and not good for your body because it gains your body weight and produces many other diseases in your body function. Occasionally, you can take one samosa for your body satisfaction. The samosa is deep-fried which does not work for healthy living, and it has a stuffing of potatoes. Your fat levels increase as deep frying increases oil absorption. The layer with which samosas are made of contains refined flour. And refined flour has no health benefits.
Today, I am sharing the aloo ka samosa recipe with you. It is very easy to make at your home. There are two methods for the layer of samosa. The first method is that take refined flour (Maida), salt, cooking oil, ajwain (carom seeds), and make a smooth dough with the help of warm water. The second method is that purchase artificial samosa pati and stuffing in potatoes mixture and then deep-fried these samosas and serves with green chutney.

Ingredients
- Stuffing Of Samosa:
- 2 medium Boiled Potatoes
- 1 medium Chopped Onion
- 3 to 5 Chopped Green Chilies
- ½ cup Green Coriander Leaves
- 5 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tbsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tbsp Red Chili Flakes
- ½ tbsp Roasted Crushed Coriander
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala Powder
- Ingredients Of Samosa Layer:
- 2 cup Refined Flour (Maida)
- ½ tbsp Ajwain (carom seeds)
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp Wheat Flour
- Warm Water (as a required)
Instructions
- Let's make the dough of samosa:
- Take a large mixing bowl & add all ingredients of the dough
- Mix well and then add water gradually
- With the help of hand and make the smooth dough
- Cover the dough and rest of 15 minutes
- Now, It's time to make stuffing of samosa:
- Take a large bowl & add all stuffing ingredients in this bowl
- With the help of your hands mash the potatoes and mix to all ingredients very well
- The stuffing is done. So it's simple
- Take the dough and make small balls & then take the shape of samosa and fill the potato stuffing in it
