I know that it is not good for diabetes patients but if you can make this recipe in brown sugar as well as Jaggery (Gur) then it is the good and best food for everyone.
This delicious cake is very easy to make in my kitchen. In this recipe, I am including flour (maida), sugar powder (cheeni), salt (namak), baking powder, vanilla extract or vanilla essence, Eggs (andy), and mixing very well with the help of my own hands.

Easy Vanilla Sponge Cake Without Oven (With Video)
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Ghee Or Butter Or Cooking Oil
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup Warm Milk
- Almonds
Instructions
- Take a Blender and add all ingredients of cake except Almonds
- Blend it for 5 minutes continuously
- Take a cake pan, grease with oil and spread a butter paper
- Pour the batter of cake into the pan and tapping it for remove all air bubbles from the inside of the cake
- Now, take a large pan and heated high flame (pan is empty) four 5 minutes only
- Turn on a low flame of the stove and kept the cake pan into the heated frying pan
- Cover & Cook for 40 to 45 minutes on a low flame
- Check with a stick, keeping the stick inside the cake if a stick is clean it's mean cake is the good cook
- Remove the butter paper and garnished with almonds
- Vanilla sponge cake is ready to eat. Serves with tea and enjoy with your family
