Today I am making a very easy Hot And Sour Soup Pakistani Food Recipe with step by step instructions. Chinese is known for its spicy and flavoured taste which is catered for Pakistani taste buds. I am a huge fan of Chinese food as well as Chinese soup too. It is a mixture full of flavours with bitterness, spice, sour and savoury in it. It does offer the same taste in its soup variations too and the hot and sour soup recipe is one such simple and quick filling recipe.

This recipe is fast food to ready or a street food recipe served as appetizer or starter just before an Indo Chinese or North Indian or Pakistani meal. Generally, it is made with diced vegetables and Chinese sauces and a fried noodles topping, but can also be made with a choice of meat. like you can add shredded chicken, chicken pieces, prawn, fish, and also add noodles, pasta, and many other veggies. How To Make Hot And Sour Soup Pakistani Food Recipe Step By Step Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon of Olive OilHot And Sour Soup Pakistani Food Recipe
  • two Garlic Clove (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch of Ginger Piece (finely chopped)
  • One Green Chili (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon of Spring Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoon of Cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 5 Beans (finely chopped)
  • 5 cup of Water
  • two tablespoons of Soya Souce
  • 3 tablespoons of White Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Chili Souce
  • half teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Sugar
  • Salt to Taste
  • 3 tablespoons of Corn Flour (dilute in water than use it)

Instructions:

  1.  Firstly, heat the pot and then add 2 tbsp of olive oil, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger, and green chili.
  2. Saute for 2 minutes on the high flame
  3. Add spring onion and fry it for few seconds
  4. Add the vegetables like carrot, cabbage, beans, and capsicum
  5. Stirring these vegetables and do not overcook it
  6. Then add 5 cups of water and stir well
  7. Boil it for 3 minutes
  8. After 3 minutes boiling than add soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, black pepper powder, sugar, salt, and mix it
  9. Cook for 10 minutes
  10. In a separate bowl add 3 tbsp of cornflour and add some water and mix combine
  11. Then add this mixture to the soup and stir it & boil for 3 minutes more
  12. When the soup comes to thick then add 2 tbsp of spring onion more
