Ingredients:
- Mango cubes 1.5 cups
- Whipping Cream 1.5 cups
- Powdered Sugar 1/4 cup
- Tutti Frutti cubes for garnishing
Instructions:
- Take a blender and add mango cubes
- Blend it & make mango puree
- Take a large mixing bowl and add whipping cream and powdered sugar
- Whisk it continuously
- The cream comes to thicken the texture and stiff peaks
- Now add mango puree to the cream
- Mix gently and make perfect texture or consistency
- The mousse is ready now serving
- Take a cup, first, add mango in this cup then add creamy mango mousse, and then at the end, spread a little bit mango puree and then add some small cubes of tutti fruit
