Masala Gosht Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Olive Oil or Refine Oil
- Chopped Onions
- Garlic Cloves
- Ginger Paste
- One Kg Of Beef
- Fresh Yogurt
- Green Chilies
- Taste to Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Curry Powder
- Small Cardamom
- Black Peppers
- Cumin Seeds
- Bay Leaves
Instructions
- Take a large mixing bowl, add one kilogram of beef meat and add one tbsp of salt, two tbsp of red chili powder, half tbsp of turmeric powder, one tbsp of coriander powder, and one tbsp of curry powder
- Mix with your hand and marinated beef for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes, take a large pan and add 5 to 7 tbsp of olive oil or refined oil and cook on the high flame of the stove
- Take two medium sizes of onion and take small cardamom, cumin seeds, black peppers, and bay leaves
- Take the ginger paste and garlic cloves
- Add these ingredients into the olive oil and cook for 4 minutes
- Add marinated beef into the saute onions and mix it
- Cook for 5 minutes in the high heat
- After 5 minutes, add 4 to 5 cups of water and get beef tender and cook for 40 minutes
- After 40 minutes, mix it
- Add one cup of fresh yogurt into the pan and mix well
- Add some green chilies
- Cook it and dish out any bowl and serve with chapatti and naan or rice as you like it
