Mix Sabzi For Lunch Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Chopped Onion
- Cumin Seeds
- Cinnamon stick
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Carrot cubes
- Potato Cubes
- Peas
- Green Coriander Leaves
- Green Chilies
- Salt to taste
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Garam Masala Powder
- Cumin seed powder
Instructions
- Take a pot to add cooking oil and heat it
- Add chopped onion, cumin seeds, and cinnamon stick
- Cook until then onion comes to golden brown color
- Add chopped tomatoes & mix it
- Add spices like salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and cumin seed powder
- Cook it for 2 minutes
- Now, layer with chopped carrot, layer with peas, layer with potatoes cubes, and layer with green chilies
- Add half cup of water
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes on the low flame of the stove
- After 15 minutes, check all vegetable to comes tender
- In the end, dry complete water from the curry and add green coriander leaves
- Sprinkle garam masala powder and dish out the plate
- Serve with paratha, salad, and raita
