Today I am going to sharing a Simple & Tasty Beef Pulao Pakistani Food Recipe with you. It is very easy to make at home and so tasty to eat. This recipe is the best option for your lunch meal. It is healthy and full of protein recipes. Beef is a rich source of protein and iron and calcium. You can make various different recipes and delicious dishes with beef. As you that beef meat is different from pork and mutton.
Which Is The Good Meat:
Red meat (like beef, bison, and lamb) provides good-quality protein and is also rich in nutrients. Firstly, I’m telling you that red meat is better than chicken but red meat is a rich source of protein and many other nutrients. However, chicken is much better for your cardiovascular health because it has less cholesterol and saturated fat than beef. I am sharing with you one disadvantage of eating beef or red meat.

How To Make Simple & Tasty Beef Pulao Pakistani Food Recipe Step by Step Instructions:
- Cooking Oil Or Olive Oil ( 5 tbsp)
- Small Cardamom ( 4 pieces)
- Black pepper ( 12 peppers)
- Bay Leaves ( 3 to 4 leaves)
- Cloves ( 4 to 6 cloves)
- Chopped Onion ( 1 large onion)
- Beef Meat (1 kg)
- Garlic Cloves ( 5 to 6 cloves)
- Ginger paste (1 tsp)
- Water ( as required) for meat becomes too tender
- Peeled & Chopped Tomatoes ( 4 medium sizes)
- Chopped Green Chilies ( 8 to 9 chilies)
- Chicken Stock ( 1 cube)
- Cumin Seeds (1 tsp)
- Salt to Taste
- Crushed Coriander Seeds ( 1 tsp)
- Biryani Masala Powder ( 2 tsp)
- Chinese Salt (1 tsp)
- Red Chili Powder (1 tsp)
- Garam Masala Powder (1/2 tsp)
- Red Chili Flake ( 1/2 tsp)
- Basmati Rice ( 3 cups / 600 grams)
Soak the rice 1 hour before cooking. Wash the meat with warm water and kill all germs from the meat.
Take a large size of the pot, add cooking oil, black peppers, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, and chopped onion and cook it until the onion becomes golden brown color.
Then add beef and mix it well. Also, add garlic and ginger too. When the meat changes color then adds water to tender the meat.
After the meat becomes soft then add tomatoes, green chilies, salt, cumin seeds, stock cube, red chili powder, biryani masala powder, Chinese salt, garam masala powder, red chili flake, crushed coriander seeds, and mix to all ingredients.
Now add water according to rice calculation. Bring to boil it. Then add basmati rice and cook it. When the water disappears or absorbs. Then cover with a cloth and cook on the low flame of the heat for approximately 10 minutes. It means to cook on “Dum”.
This step is my favorite step rather than other steps. Because in this step I serve the pulao on the plate and eat it with yogurt raita, and cucumber salad with a mixed vegetable pickle. Oh my God, I love this beef pulao. You can serve with yogurt raita, salad, and pickle too.
