Ingredients
- 2 kg Carrot
- 2 kg Milk
- 500 grams Sugar
- 2 cups Desi Ghee
- Cashew Nuts
- Almonds
- Pistachios
Instructions
- Take 2 kg of carrots and peel it
- Now wash all carrots perfectly with water and grind the carrots
- Firstly, Take a large pot and heat it, and then add 2 kg of milk into this pot
- Bring to boil the milk and then add grind carrot and stirring continuously
- When milk is completely evaporated then add sugar and again stirring
- Dissolved the sugar then add Desi ghee and mix well
- Also add chopped cashew nuts, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios
- Delicious and tasty Gjar ka Halwa is ready to eat
