Tamatar Bhindi Pakistani Food Recipe
Ingredients
- Lady's fingers (Okra)
- Tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Green chilies
- Green coriander leaves
- Salt
- Red chili powder
- Turmeric powder
Instructions
- Take a large frying pan and add two cups of olive oil or refined oil in it and heat high flame on the stove
- Add lady's fingers (Okra) maximum half kilogram and fry it on the high flame on the stove
- When lady's fingers change the color the set-aside
- Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies in the same frying pan
- Add taste to salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder in tomatoes
- mash tomatoes and mix all spices
- Add fried lady's fingers in the mash tomatoes and cook for five minutes on a low flame of the stove
