How To Make Tasty Mutton Masala Pakistani Food Recipe Step by Step Instructions:
Ingredients:
- Tomato Paste ( 1/2 cup )
- Curd ( 1/2 cup )
- Ginger paste ( 1 tsp )
- Garlic Paste ( 1 tsp )
- Red Chili Powder ( 2 tsp )
- Turmeric Powder ( 1 tsp )
- Garam Masala Powder ( 1 tsp )
- Salt ( To Taste )
- Onion ( 1 sliced )
- Ghee ( 2 tsp )
- Mix Spices ( To Taste )
- Goat Meat Mutton ( 250 gms )
- Coriander Leaves ( for garnishing )
Instructions:
- First, create a masala thing in a bowl.
- Take a large bowl and add tomato paste to it
- Now add homemade Curd paste 1/2 cup and also add ginger and garlic paste to it.
- Add all the dried masala and also add red chili powder again, depending on your choice how spicy or how red look of the recipe you want.
- Now add turmeric powder and garam masala.
- And finally, add salt to taste.
- Mix well, it has to be lump-free and smooth.
- Now take the onion and cut it into pieces nicely.
- let’s start cooking, take a normal size steel pan on medium flame.
- Add ghee, when ghee is heated up.
- Add onion slices, when the onion turned golden then add in the spice mix and mix it well.
- Cook till when oil starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- When you see the oil is literally releasing the size of the pan, cover this and keep it for 5 minutes on the low flame.
- After 5 minutes open the lid and add cooked mutton meat.
- Mix it well and cover it again and cook it for 15 minutes on medium to high flame.
- When you see the meat is perfectly cooked and oil starts releasing which is very important for mutton masala.
- Serve this with some coriander and enjoy this with Roti, naan, and chapattis.
