- In a bowl, take 5 tbsp of any kind of oil to dilute ( Olive oil, Coconut oil, & Lavender oil)
- Add 4 to 5 drops of rosemary essential oil to this bowl
- Apply to your hair scalp
- Leave for 1 hour before the bath or leave it overnight and rinse in a morning bath
