- Olive Oil Or Refined Oil
- Besan (Gram Flour)
- Green Chilies
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Baking Soda
Take a large mixing bowl and add half tbsp of salt, one tbsp of red chili powder, half tbsp of turmeric powder, and a pinch of baking soda
Add one medium size of chopped onion in this bowl
Add one medium size of chopped tomatoes and 5 to 4 green chilies into the bowl
Add two cups of Besan or gram flour into the bowl
Add some water and mix with your finger or a spoon
Take a pan and Olive oil or refined oil for frying
Add all pakora into the pan and fry it
After five minutes, dish out these pakoras into the plate and serve with green chatni or ketchup
