Olive Oil
Bread Slices
Eggs
Chopped onions
Chopped Tomatoes
Green Chilies
Green Coriander

Instructions
Take a mixing bowl to add two an eggs, half chopped onions, half chopped tomato, two green chilies, green coriander leaves, taste to salt, and half tbsp of black pepper powder
Mix it all ingredients together and set aside
Take a pan and two tbsp of olive oil and fry bread slices
Turn to bread slice and cook another side
In the same pan and add one tbsp of Olive oil and add the mixture of eggs
Add bread slice on the Omelette and fry to both side and dish out the bread omelet in the plate
