Delicious Chocolate Cake Without Oven & Butter Pakistani Food Recipe

It is very easy to make and very tasty to eat. I am not using butter, beater, and oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Ghee Or Cooking Oil
  • 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Flour (maida)
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 5 tbsp Warm Milk
  • CHOCOLATE CREAM:
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp melted chocolate

Instructions

  • Take a blender, pour all ingredients and blend for 5 minutes
  • Gets smooth texture of cake batter
  • Take a cake pan, grease oil and spread butter paper
  • Pour the batter of the cake and tapping for removes all air bubbles inside the cake
  • Take a large pan and heat on high flame
  • Now, kept the cake pan inside the heated pan and now, turn low flame of the stove
  • Cook for 30 to 40 minutes in low flame
  • After 30 minutes, check cake with a tooth stick. If a stick is clean it's mean cake is well cooked and its time to dish out the chocolate cake.
  • Another bowl, Add Cocoa powder, Fresh cream, Powdered Sugar, and melted chocolate and whisk it
  • Now chocolate cream is done
  • Pour all chocolate cream on the top of the cake and cut into pieces and serve it
  • Enjoy delicious chocolate cake without oven, and without butter.
