Ingredients

  • Cauliflower
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Large Cardamom
  • Taste to Salt
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Green Chilies
  • Green Coriander leaves
  • Cooking oil & Olive oil

Instructions

  • Take a pan and Cooking oil
  • Heat it on the high flame
  • Add onion slices and cook it
  • When onions change the color and then add cauliflower
  • Cook for 3 minutes
  • Add chopped tomatoes and add all spices
  • Add one cup of water and cook on the low flame
  • Cover and cook for 15 minutes
  • In the end, add green chilies and green coriander leaves
