  • Olive Oil Or Cooking Oil
  • Beef
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Ginger Paste
  • Green Chilies
  • Green Coriander Leaves
  • Potatoes
  • Taste to Salt
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Cumin Seeds Powder
  • Garam Masala Powder

Instructions

  • Take a pressure cooker and add Beef, onion, tomatoes, garlic cloves, ginger paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, and one glass of water
  • Cover and cook for 15 minutes on the medium flame of the stove
  • After 15 minutes, convert into the frying pan and one cup of cooking oil and cook again
  • Add potatoes and green chilies and cover it
  • Cook for 5 minutes to gets potatoes tender
  • In the end, add green coriander and garam masala powder
  • Cover and cook 5 minutes on the low flame
  • Now delicious aloo gosht is ready to eat
