Ingredients

  • For Pressure Cooker Ingredients:
  • 750 grams Chicken boneless
  • 250 grams Chickpeas (Daal Chana)
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 7 to 8 Whole Red Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Crushed Coriander
  • For Blender Ingredients:
  • 4 to 5 Green Chilies
  • Green Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Grated Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • half tbsp Garam Masala Powder (Ground Spices Powder)
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • Taste to Salt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Cooking Oil Or Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Firstly, take a pressure cooker and add chicken, chickpeas, Whole red pepper, onion, coriander, and red chili powder
  • Cover and Cook for 15 minutes
  • Add all ingredients in the blender including the battle of chicken
  • Blend it very well
  • Dish out this battle of kebabs into the plate
  • Make the kebabs from the battle of chicken
  • Take a pan, add oil and heat it
  • Now, the kebabs until it come grown brown color
  • Dish out these kebabs and serve with ketchup or chutney
