Take a large pot and pour 5 cups of water in it
Bring to boil it
Then add beef mince, salt, cinnamon stick, ginger paste, garlic cloves, and 5 black pepper
Cook for 25 minutes to tender the beef mince very well
The dry extra water from the mince and set aside the keema
Take a tawa and spread the five tbsp of cooking oil or olive oil
Now, add one medium size of chopped onions in it
Cook, it until then its change in golden brown color
Add boiled beef mince in this fry onion and mix well
Add two medium size of chopped tomatoes in it
Mash all these ingredients in the beef
Add, spicy like Salt to taste, red chili powder, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, Chinese salt, coriander powder, crushed black pepper, and also add chaat masala powder in it
Mix well and cover & cook for 5 minutes on the low flame of the stove
In the end, add green chilies, green coriander, and lemon juice
Mix it and dish out the plate
Serve with pea rice or simple rice as you like it.
