Firstly, take one cup of yellow lentils (Moong ki Dal) and soak for 2 hours
After 2 hours, pour this dal into a pot and add three of water in it
Bring to boil it
Then add one tbsp of red chili powder, half tbsp of turmeric powder, and two chopped tomatoes in this pot
Cook for 15 minutes on the medium heat
When lentils are completely tender and grate it
Take another pan, add three to four tbsp of cooking oil and heat on the low flame
Add garlic paste, 3 chopped green chilies, half tbsp of cumin seeds in it
When garlic comes to grown brown color then add this tarka in the grate lentils
Mix very well and kept on the low flame of the stove for 5 minutes only
In the end, add coriander leaves, and green garlic and mix well
Now delicious moong dal is ready to eat
Serve with rice because of dal and rice were more delicious when they are combining to eat.
