500 kg Boiled Potatoes 1 medium Chopped Onion 1 cup Pudina (Mints Leaves) 1 cup Green Coriander Leaves 8 to 10 Chopped Green Chilies ½ tbsp Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp Salt 1 & ½ tbsp Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp Chaat masala Powder 2 Lemon Juice 1 Egg Cooking Oil 1 cup Maida (All-purpose flour)
Take a large bowl and add boiled potatoes
Mash the potatoes
Add onion, green coriander, mints leaves & mix it
Add salt, red chili powder, chaat masala powder, cumin seeds, and lemon juice
Mix with the help of your hands
Make 11 kabab from the batter of potatoes
Take the maida (all-purpose flour) another bowl
Dip all the kebab in this flour
Beat an egg with the help of a fork
Now, dip the kebab in this egg and fry in the cooking oil
Fry both sides of kabab
