Kids also like this dish because it is not too much spicy. It is the best lunch box for your school kids. It is the best and quick option for your dinner table. You can use this chutney with fried fish, french fries, baked potatoes, and BBQ chicken.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Taste to Salt
  • Red chili powder
  • Red chili flakes
  • Turmeric powder
  • Green chilies
  • Green Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Take a pan, add Olive oil or refined oil and heat on high flame
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
  • Add all spices like Salt, Red chili powder, Red chili flakes, and Turmeric powder
  • Cook for 10 minutes until then tomatoes will smooth texture.
  • Add green chilies and green coriander leaves and cook for more 4 minutes
  • Tomato chutney ready to eat serves with fried fish, baked potatoes, and tikka chicken.
