Olive Oil
Chopped Onion

Instructions
Take a large size of the pan, Add chopped onion. Cook onion until then it changes the color
Add Tomato paste and chopped tomato and mix well
Add Salt and Turmeric Powder and combine together with tomato paste
Add peas and potatoes and cook it
Add capsicum and mint leave and mix it
Add four cups of water and boiled it
Add Rice and cook for 10 minutes
After ten minutes, add a tomato slice, golden brown onion and mints leave spread on the rice. Cook for 10 minutes on a low flame of the stove
Enjoy aloo matar pulao at home. Serve with raita and yogurt
