Aloo Matar Pulao Pakistani Food Recipe

It is made very simple and quick within 30 minutes because I'm using simple ingredients. This recipe is the best option for your lunch, dinner, dinner party and formal occasion party in your home. It is good food and healthy for you and your kids. Aloo (potato) is very healthy and enriched of calcium, potassium, and vitamins.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Chopped Onion
  • Chopped Tomato
  • Tomato paste
  • peas (matar)
  • Aloo (potato)
  • Capsicum
  • Mints Leaves
  • Rice
  • Salt
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Green Chilies

Instructions

  • Take a large size of the pan, Add chopped onion. Cook onion until then it changes the color
  • Add Tomato paste and chopped tomato and mix well
  • Add Salt and Turmeric Powder and combine together with tomato paste
  • Add peas and potatoes and cook it
  • Add capsicum and mint leave and mix it
  • Add four cups of water and boiled it
  • Add Rice and cook for 10 minutes
  • After ten minutes, add a tomato slice, golden brown onion and mints leave spread on the rice. Cook for 10 minutes on a low flame of the stove
  • Enjoy aloo matar pulao at home. Serve with raita and yogurt
