- ½ cup Cooking Oil
- ½ kg Chicken Boneless
- 2 tbsp Curd (Yogurt)
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
- ½ tbsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Tikka Powder
- Onion Slices
- Bell Pepper Slices
- Tomato Slices
Take a large mixing bowl, add spices in this bowl & curd in it
Cut chicken in small cubes shape
Put the chicken in the spices bowl and mix well
Leave it for 2 hours
After 2 hours, take a stick and put the marinated chicken with the slices of vegetables
Make four to five sticks like this picture
Heat the Tawa and spread some cooking oil
Cook chicken kebab for 15 minutes from all sides
In the end, add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and enjoy with green chutney and ketchup
