Ingredients

  • 2 kg Carrot
  • 2 kg Milk
  • 500 grams Sugar
  • 2 cups Desi Ghee
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Almonds
  • Pistachios

Instructions

  • Take 2 kg of carrots and peel it
  • Now wash all carrots perfectly with water and grind the carrots
  • Firstly, Take a large pot and heat it, and then add 2 kg of milk into this pot
  • Bring to boil the milk and then add grind carrot and stirring continuously
  • When milk is completely evaporated then add sugar and again stirring
  • Dissolved the sugar then add Desi ghee and mix well
  • Also add chopped cashew nuts, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios
  • Delicious and tasty Gjar ka Halwa is ready to eat
