Chicken Seekh Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Chicken Minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Green Cardamom
  • 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt (as needed)
  • 1 tsp ginger Paste
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Take a blender and then add chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Blend them into a paste. Then add the minced chicken and blend again. Take out the mixture in a bowl.
  • Add the spices to the minced chicken paste such as garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and green cardamom. Give the ingredients a mix. Then add lemon juice, melted butter, and add breadcrumbs. The mixture will have good binding. Now you can make a cylindrical shape and then add the kebabs to the skewer.
  • Take a grill pan and glaze some butter on it. Take the skewer and roast the kebabs for 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
