Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken Legs
  • 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori Masala (readymade)
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt Curd
  • Salt to Taste
  • Butter For Basting

Instructions

  • Wash the chicken legs and trim the fat. Make deep incisions on the chicken legs and set aside.
  • To make a marinade – In a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, tandoori masala powder, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Add the chicken legs into the marinade and rub well. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Pre-heat your air fryer at 200℃ for 3 minutes or as per the instructions in the manual.
  • Place the chicken legs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Then set the temperature to 190℃ and cook the chicken for 25 minutes. Flip halfway through and continue cooking till done.
  • Serve with sliced onions, lemon wedges, and mint chutney. Enjoy!
