My kids and especially my husband love this fried baingan. This is too easy to make just add spices and fries to both sides of eggplant or Baingan.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Eggplant (baingan)
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder
  • Dry coriander powder

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl, add half tbsp of Salt, one tbsp of Red chili powder, and half tbsp of Dry coriander powder and mix with finger.

  • Take Eggplant and cut into two pieces

  • Sprinkle all spices into Eggplant slices

  • Take lava and spread all eggplant and pour three tbsp of Olive oil or Refined oil and cook for 5 minutes

  • After 5 minutes, turn eggplant and cook again for 5 minutes another side
