Olive Oil
Eggplant (baingan)
Salt
Red chili powder
Dry coriander powder
Instructions
Take a mixing bowl, add half tbsp of Salt, one tbsp of Red chili powder, and half tbsp of Dry coriander powder and mix with finger.
Take Eggplant and cut into two pieces
Sprinkle all spices into Eggplant slices
Take lava and spread all eggplant and pour three tbsp of Olive oil or Refined oil and cook for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, turn eggplant and cook again for 5 minutes another side
After ten minutes, dish out Fried Eggplant into the plate
