- 2 Chopped Onions
- 4 Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Olive Oil OR Cooking Oil
- 12 kg Cauliflower (Phool Gobi)
- 1 cup Matar (Peas)
- 2 Cubes Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 12 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Large Cardamon
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 12 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 5 Green Chilies
- Green Coriander Leaves
Take a large pan, add Olive oil and heat on the high flame
Add chopped onions into the oil and fry it
After onion gets grown brown color then add cauliflower and peas into the onions
Mix Together
Add one cup of water and cook for 5 minutes on the medium flame
After 5 minutes, mix it
Add tomatoes, green chilies, potatoes, taste to salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder and one cup of water
Cover & Cook for 10 minutes on the low flame of the stove
After 10 minutes, mix everything and remove extra water from the cauliflower and separate the oil
Add green coriander leaves and mix it
Now, delicious aloo gobi is ready to eat and enjoy with your family
