CHICKEN TIKKA SPICES: 500 grams Chicken (Big Pieces) 1 tbsp White Vinger 1 tbsp Soya Sauce 1 tbsp Chili Sauce ½ tbsp Taste to Salt ½ Cube Chicken Cube 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder ½ tbsp Black Pepper Powder ¼ tbsp Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp Food Color (Orange) 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste CURRY INGREDIENTS: 2 medium Chopped Onion 4 medium Chopped Tomatoes 2 medium Potatoes 6 Green Chilies (Big Chilies) ½ tbsp Taste To Salt ½ tbsp Red Chili Powder ¼ tbsp Turmeric Powder ½ tbsp Cumin Seed Powder ½ tbsp Coriander Powder 2 cups Olive Oil Or Cooking Oil
Preparation Of Chicken Tikka:
Take a large bowl and add chicken plus all spices of tikka and mix well
After good mixing and then marinated the chicken for two hours maximum
After 2 hours, Take a pan and add four tbsp of Olive oil and add marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes and set aside it
Preparation Of Curry:
Take another pan to add three tbsp of Olive oil and add chopped onions and cook until then its change the color like grown brown color
Add chopped tomatoes and cook it
Now mash the tomatoes into the onion and then add spices
Mix the all spices into the curry and then add one cup of water and boil it
After boiling the water then add potatoes and turn flame into the medium heat
When potatoes get tender then add chicken tikka pieces and cook it for 5 minutes on the low flame of the stove
Mix well
Dish out the recipe with garnished to some coriander (optional)
Serves with roti, naan, or rice and enjoy with family
