 My recipes are homemade dishes in daily routine life. You know that I am always used simple ingredients and spices. This beef gosht recipe is ready in approximately 30 minutes only because I am using a pressure cooker for cooking.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Beef Mince (Keema)
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Large Cardamom
  • Cloves
  • Black Peppers
  • Taste to Salt
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Cumin seeds Powder
  • Curry Powder
  • Garam Masala Powder
  • Green Chilies
  • Green Coriander Leaves
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Ginger Pastes

Instructions

  • Take a large pan and add olive oil then heated on the high flame
  • Now, add chopped onions and cook it until then its change the color
  • Turn to medium heat of the flame
  • Add beef mince and cook to 5 minutes
  • Add garlic cloves, ginger paste, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, large cardamon, black peppers, and cloves
  • Mix it and cook for five minutes to every ingredient
  • Add one cup of water and cook for 10 minutes to gets beef tender
  • After 10 minutes, add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, and cook it
  • Mash the tomatoes into the mince
  • Cook until then the oil separately
  • Add green chilies and green coriander leaves and garam masala powder
  • Serve with roti or rice and enjoy with your family
