Instructions
Take a pressure cooker and add Beef, onion, tomatoes, garlic cloves, ginger paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, and one glass of water
Cover and cook for 15 minutes on the medium flame of the stove
After 15 minutes, convert into the frying pan and one cup of cooking oil and cook again
Add potatoes and green chilies and cover it
Cook for 5 minutes to gets potatoes tender
